He said by the time the phone was due out at 8am, he would have been waiting 10 hours.
"I didn't sleep much at all," he said.
"I've been up since 6am yesterday and here since 10pm last night.
"The true Apple fans don't pre-order. They line up. I'm expecting a lot of happiness and relief once I get the phone."
